Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account, signing in or using Little Funday, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and cookie notice. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or buy a membership. Little Funday is for adults who plan family activities. It is not a service for children, and children do not hold accounts.

Each household gets one family account. A family account may be shared by the adults in the household, but you may not create several accounts to multiply free previews or trials.

The service

Little Funday lists family activities in the Las Vegas area. We gather event and venue information from public sources such as library, park, museum and city calendars, and we check those sources regularly. We add summaries, filters and tools to help you find something to do.

We are not the organizer of any activity. We do not run, staff, supervise or insure the events we list. The organizer decides who may attend, what it costs and whether it goes ahead.

Event accuracy

Listings are copied or summarized from sources we do not control, and they can be wrong, late or out of date. Details change; confirm with the organizer. Before you travel, pay or register, check the organizer’s own page, which each listing links to. We show a “last checked” time where we have one.

Report a wrong or outdated listing with “Report a problem” on any event page. Organizers may ask us to correct or remove a listing by writing to hello@littlefunday.com.

Little Funday Plus and automatic renewal

Little Funday Plus is a paid membership. It costs $3.99 per month, billed in advance. New members get a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. The first charge happens on day 8, if you have not canceled before then. After that, the membership renews automatically every month at the then-current price until you cancel.

Two days before the first charge we send you a reminder email. We also email you before any change to the monthly price, as described under Price changes. When you start the trial, you agree to these renewal terms at checkout, and we record that consent with the date and the terms version you accepted.

• Price: $3.99 per month, plus any tax the law requires us to collect.
• Trial: 7 days, free. No charge until day 8.
• Renewal: monthly, automatic, until you cancel.
• Reminders: an email two days before the first charge, and an email before any price change.

How to cancel

You can cancel anytime, online, in Profile → Membership. Canceling takes about as long as signing up. Once you cancel, the membership will not renew.

Canceling takes effect at the end of the paid period you have already started. You keep Little Funday Plus features until that date. After it ends, your account returns to the free tier. Your saved events and your children’s ages stay on your account unless you delete them.

Refunds

We do not give refunds for partial months. If you cancel in the middle of a billing period, you keep access until the period ends, and no part of that period is refunded.

Where a law gives you a right to a refund or a cancellation remedy that we cannot waive, that right applies. For example, California’s Automatic Renewal Law gives Californians specific rights, and nothing in these terms limits them.

Price changes

We may change the price of Little Funday Plus. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before a price change takes effect. If you do not want to pay the new price, you can cancel before it applies, and no fee applies to that cancellation.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. You give your card or payment details to Stripe, not to us, and we keep only the information Stripe returns, such as the plan, the last four digits and the payment status. Your card stays on file with Stripe so that renewals can be charged. You can update or remove it in Profile → Membership.

If a payment fails, we may retry it and notify you. If payment keeps failing, your membership may end.

Free preview

Without a membership you can use the free tier. On each list, it shows the two soonest matching activities. Members see the full list, saved filters and the other Little Funday Plus tools. We may change what the free tier includes, but we will not remove Little Funday Plus features during a paid period that has already started.

Accounts and security

You sign in with a magic link or a one-time code sent to your email address, or with Google. We do not store passwords. Keep your email account secure, because anyone who can open it can sign in to Little Funday as you.

You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away at hello@littlefunday.com if you think someone else has accessed it.

Acceptable use

Use Little Funday for its intended purpose. You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you may not do the following.

• Scrape, copy or mirror our site, listings or summaries in bulk.
• Resell, republish or redistribute our listings as your own product or feed.
• Access the service by automated means, including bots, without an agent key we have issued to you.
• Interfere with the service, bypass limits, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
• Post or submit false information, impersonate another person or organization, or abuse the report and removal tools.

Your content

You may save events, set filters, enter your children’s ages and optional nicknames and, where we offer them, cast votes or keep visit logs. This is your content. You give us a limited license to store and display it only as needed to run the service for you.

For each child you may add a first name or nickname if you like; it is optional and only you see it. Do not enter a child’s last name, birthday, photos or any other details that could identify a child. We do not want that information, and we may delete content that breaks this rule.

Intellectual property

Little Funday, including our summaries, design, code, logos and the selection and arrangement of listings, belongs to us or our licensors. You may use the service for your own family planning.

Facts such as dates, times and addresses are not owned by anyone. We link each listing to its source so you can check it and so the organizer gets the credit.

Third-party sites and organizers

Our listings link to websites, registration pages and ticket sellers that we do not operate. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for their content, availability, prices or conduct.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that listings are complete, accurate or current, or that the service will be uninterrupted.

You are responsible for choosing activities that suit your family. Supervision, safety, transport, allergies, weather and any risks of an activity are the parent’s or guardian’s responsibility, not ours.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Nevada law, Little Funday is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data or personal injury arising from an activity you attend. Our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. If you have paid us nothing, our liability is limited to zero dollars.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Little Funday against claims that arise from your misuse of the service, your breach of these terms or content you submit that infringes someone else’s rights.

Termination

You may close your account at any time by canceling your membership and deleting your account in Profile. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, misuse the service or create risk for other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including those on payments, liability and disputes.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here, change the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, email you before they take effect. If you keep using the service after the change, you accept the new terms. If you do not accept a material change, you may cancel before it applies.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please write to us at hello@littlefunday.com so we can try to resolve it informally. We will aim to respond within 30 days.

If the dispute is not resolved, it will be decided by the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction. This does not limit any rights you have under consumer protection laws where you live.
