How Little Funday works
We collect and check, by hand
We go through the calendars of libraries, museums, parks, rec centers and the city, plus local venues and tips from other parents, and check every date, time, price and age range ourselves before it makes the list.
You filter, once
Tell us your kids’ ages and how far you’ll go. Every list is already filtered for your family — free first, always.
You plan and go
Save it, sync it to your calendar, and get a heads-up if it changes or is canceled. Too hot or raining? Indoor options move to the top.
From our family
Why we built Little Funday
We’re a family of four, two parents and two boys, and like most families we’re always looking for something fun to do: on weekends, after school, over school breaks and on the days our little one isn’t at daycare. Two years ago we moved from Southern California to Las Vegas. Back there we relied on a service that gathered every local family event in one place. Here, we couldn’t find one.
The good stuff exists: storytimes at two dozen library branches, park programs, museum free days, ranger walks at Red Rock and Lake Mead. It’s just spread across thirty calendars nobody has time to check. So we check them for you, every morning, and share them with every family in the valley.
More about us- We use it ourselvesIt plans our boys’ weekends, after-school afternoons and school breaks, and the days our little one isn’t at daycare. If it doesn’t help us decide what to do today, it isn’t done yet.
- Free first, alwaysThe valley has an unusual amount of free kids’ programming. The no-cost option is always at the top.
- No ads, no tickets, no data salesEvery listing sends you to the organizer. The only money comes from Little Funday Plus memberships.
