City of North Las Vegas park (site bot-walled; read in a real browser). Splash pad open 9 a.m.–8 p.m. daily May 1–Sept. 30 (city page; a city blog post said 10 a.m.). ~170 acres: two large playgrounds (Adventure and Pioneer, 5 acres total of rock climbing, water play, slides), 65,000 sq ft skate park, three dog parks, amphitheater plazas, community gardens, eight reservable ramadas. Park hours per city page (search snippet): 6 a.m.–11 p.m.; dog park closed Wed 6–8 a.m.
