Good to know
Designated swim area; rocky beach (water shoes recommended); water >80°F by late summer. NPS: no lifeguards anywhere in the park, bacteria/algae not monitored, life jackets advised; swimming prohibited at marinas and launch areas. Low water: silty mud hazard.
