City of Las Vegas park. Splash pad open May 1–Sept. 30, daily 10 a.m.–8 p.m. Adaptive/inclusive play equipment: Omni Spinner. Conflict: park page says 'Splash pad, shade structure and upgraded restrooms coming soon!' while the city splash-pad list includes Angel Park — confirm splash pad status.
